About our products

SUBNONE designs and sells printed running apparel. All designs, slogans and artwork are our own original work, or are used with permission. Garments are printed to order by our production partners.

Product photographs are intended to represent our products accurately. Print placement may vary very slightly between garments, as is normal with printed apparel. Colours may appear differently on different screens.

Slogan submissions

Where we invite customers to suggest slogans, submissions are governed by the terms shown on the submission page. In short: you confirm the words are your own original work, and you give us permission to print and sell them. We will always contact you before printing a submitted slogan, and we will credit you if you would like us to.

We cannot use submissions that copy existing trademarks, song lyrics, or other people's designs.

Accuracy of this website

We take care to describe products, sizes and prices accurately. We reserve the right to cancel an order where information has been listed incorrectly, where payment cannot be authorised, or where we suspect fraud. Where we cancel, we refund in full. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Intellectual property

The SUBNONE name, logo, slogans, designs, photographs, website text and layout are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, print or resell them without written permission. Buying a garment does not transfer any rights in the design printed on it.

Third-party links

Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Liability

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the law of the country where you live.
